Shipping & Delivery Of Any Machines 

For shipping charges for machines to any destination please contact us via e-mail or telephone PRIOR to ordering 

All orders are dispatched within 2-5 working Days

Shipping ,handling or carriage for shipments outside of the UK can be obtained by contacting us via e-mail or telephone

Orders with be delivered by carrier and will require a signature at delivery. It is the responsibility of the Customer to insure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. When there is no one at the address the courier will leave a card to show that they have been and how to re-arrange a new delivery or collection.The carrier will attempt to deliver items a maximum of twice. JK Cleaning Supplies Ltd will not be responsible for extra delivery charges that arise as a result of failed deliveries. Charges for extra delivery attempts or change of delivery address will be payable by the customer.

Returns & Replacements

All products will be supplied to the specification of the customer, and will be the correct supply. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition and are double checked before being packed. If your order has any items missing or is damaged you must notify us by telephone within 2 days of receiving it. 

We do not offer returns nor refunds on non-faulty goods.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer. 

No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published within this web site.

How To Place An Order
Orders can be placed via the website or by telephone on 0121 373 6069. 
Making a purchase on the website could not be easier. Just browse our web shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We currently accept payment by: credit and debit card via Sagepay or Paypal.

We accept Visa Debit and Credit Cards, Mastercard Debit and Credit Cards, and Maestro. Your card details are securely handled by the payment solution, Sagepay.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
